• Payments made for WillCraft services are final and non-refundable.
• As our services involve the creation of personalized legal documents and access to consultation, we cannot offer refunds after payment.

2. No Cancellations

• Once a Will creation process has been initiated or legal consultation has been scheduled, the order cannot be canceled.
• Users are encouraged to carefully review their information before submitting it.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of technical errors or duplicate charges, we may consider a resolution such as:

• Adjusting the payment.
• Issuing service credits.

Users must contact us within 7 days of the payment date for such cases.
