Ltd.), on the following detailed terms and conditions:

1. DEFINITIONS & INTERPRETATION

a. “Company” means WillCraft and/or Imperial Money Pvt. Ltd. and includes its affiliates, successors, directors, and representatives.

b. “Service Provider” means the undersigned individual providing contractual on-site services under this Declaration.

c. “Engagement” means the limited contractual arrangement for providing specified on-site services without any right of ownership or brand association.

d. “On-Site Services” refer to physical or field-level services as assigned by the Company, excluding strategic or ownership roles.

2. NATURE & SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT

• The engagement is purely contractual and limited to on-site services as instructed by the Company.
• It shall not constitute employment, partnership, agency, or franchise relationship.
• The Service Provider must perform services diligently per Company standards.
• The Company retains complete control over scope, timing, and termination of services.

3. NO BRAND VALUE / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY / BUSINESS CLAIM

• No brand value, good Will, trademark rights, equity, or business ownership shall be acquired by the Service Provider.
• The Service Provider shall not represent themselves as an owner, partner, or franchisee of the Company.
• All trademarks, logos, and data remain exclusive property of the Company.
• This engagement grants no legal or equitable rights over the Company’s business or clients.

4. PAYMENT & TAXATION

• Payments Will be made as per mutually agreed written terms.
• Applicable taxes and deductions (including TDS) shall apply as per law.
• The Service Provider is responsible for tax filings and legal compliance.
• No employment benefits like PF, gratuity, or insurance are applicable.

5. NO CLAIM & INDEMNITY

• The Service Provider waives all claims related to ownership, brand value, or business control.
• The Service Provider indemnifies the Company from any losses or damages caused by their acts or omissions.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY & CONDUCT

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all business information and client data.
• Do not disclose or misuse company materials or data.
• Return all company property upon termination.
• Conduct must always be lawful and professional.

7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

• Governed by Indian law and relevant provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra.

8. BINDING EFFECT & DURATION

• This Declaration is executed voluntarily and remains valid for the duration of engagement.
• Confidentiality and no-claim obligations survive termination.
• The Company may terminate engagement anytime, with or without cause.

9. ACCEPTANCE & EXECUTION

By filling and submitting the form on the WillCraft Website, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Declaration, and have obtained professional advice where necessary.
